The dimly lit room bore a heavy silence, one that was both eerie and mysterious.

In the center of the room, a body hung from the ceiling-lifeless, yet so alive-while a man, casually playing with his gun, watched him with eyes like a predator observing prey before the hunt. It was none other than Ahaan Oberoi, the Mafia King of the Indian Underworld, also known as "Devil."

A name earned through countless victories and the fear of betrayal. Betrayal was the one sin he could never tolerate, especially when it touched his family. The man dangling in front of him had crossed that line; he had not only tried to deceive Ahaan but had also attempted to harm his family. For that, Ahaan would never forgive him. He would ensure that no one dared to try this again. This would be the first-and the last-time.

Ahaan's face held a dark smirk. A loud, oppressive silence filled the room, mingling with the muffled groans of the prey. Ahaan was a man of control and precision, until it came to what he considered his own. He cherished only two things in his otherwise dark life: his family and his Sunshine. He may have been a monster to the world, but to his family, he was a protector. The contrast between his darkness and the light that was his Sunshine was the only thing keeping him sane.

The cries of the man suspended in the shadows were muffled yet shrill, echoing throughout the dark chamber. Ahaan's men, clad in sleek, professional black attire, looked on with a mix of fear and admiration. They had witnessed too many instances of how Ahaan handled those who dared to harm his people. No one dared to intervene. His fury was unmatchable, and none were foolish enough to confront death itself.

"Treat him, then torture him again," Ahaan commanded, his voice smooth yet dripping with menace. "He should not have messed with Ahaan Oberoi."

The men nodded stoically and moved to deal with the half-dead man. Suddenly, the room was pierced by a melodious ringtone-soft yet loud in the heavy silence. It came from Ahaan's phone.

The guards exchanged bewildered glances. None of them had ever seen their boss take a personal call in the torture room.

"Hello, Sunshine," he spoke, his tone shifting to one of pure adoration-a stark contrast to the brutality that surrounded him just moments earlier.

A painful groan erupted from the man tied to the ceiling. Ahaan's demeanor changed instantly. He raised a single finger, a clear signal for his men to silence the groaning. The gesture was calm, yet chilling. "Yes, Madam, as you say. Your wish is my command," Ahaan replied sweetly, his voice so gentle it sent shivers through the room. None of his men dared to show their fear.

The conversation continued, drifting into a more affectionate tone, while the men in black watched their boss smiling softly.

As the call ended, Ahaan looked at his phone with a sweet smile, which quickly twisted into a sinister smirk. He drew his gun and, without hesitation, fired at the man's arms and legs.

"You dared to interrupt while I was talking to my Sunshine," he said, each word deliberate and laced with venom. "I was contemplating a swift and painless death for you, but now... not so much."

He turned to his right-hand man, Kartik, who stood by with a stoic expression.

"Bring me new clothes. My Sunshine doesn't need to see me drenched in blood."

"Yes, boss," Kartik replied, his voice calm and emotionless.

As Kartik left the room, Ahaan returned his attention to the man now tied to a chair, his eyes darkening.

"Keep an eye on him. If he dies or escapes, you all know what that means, right?" His gaze swept across the room.

His men nodded in unison. To defy Ahaan was to invite death.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Amyra and Ruhi exited after a long shift.

"Did you call Samaira? What's the landing time?" Ruhi asked Amyra.

"She'll be landing in an hour and a half. Are you done with packing?" Amyra asked as they walked toward the hospital's parking lot.

"Yeah, I'm done. Ahaan will be meeting us at the airport directly," Amyra replied as they settled into the car.

"Can't believe it's your engagement in a month, and we're finally going to Jaipur. And you're literally marrying a prince. Girl, you're marrying the eldest prince and future king of Rajasthan. I'm so excited for you!" Ruhi said with a bright smile.

"Yeah, it's a little unbelievable. Feels like only yesterday that you, Samaira, and I were sitting on a school bench, talking about what we'd gift each other at our weddings," Amyra said, laughing at the memory.

"Same, yaar. Fourteen years of friendship. Everyone said we'd drift apart after school, but we've stuck together," Ruhi said, smiling nostalgically.

"Yeah, it wasn't easy. At least you and I stayed close after school, but Samaira had to move away. I'm so happy she's finally achieving her goals. There's still a long road ahead, but we're all getting there," Amyra said.

"Right? You and I both became cardiologists, and Samaira's now one of the few self-made female billionaires in India. Oh, by the way, she's coming with us, right?" Ruhi asked.

"Yes, she's coming. I told her she didn't have to, that she could head straight to Jaipur, but she insisted. I think she's a little anxious about going alone," Amyra replied with a laugh.

"She's so stubborn," Ruhi sighed, shaking her head. "But she really shouldn't push herself like this. Traveling right after a two-month business trip? She's going to be exhausted."

"True. But knowing her, there's more to it. She's never been great with personal meetings. It's a different story in the business world," Amyra said.

Soon they arrived at the ASR Fashions building. A guard came running toward them, greeted them, and took the car keys from Amyra to park the vehicle.

The two smiled politely in response and entered the building, stepping into the VVIP elevator reserved exclusively for them.

The elevator doors closed smoothly behind them as it began its quiet ascent.

Ruhi leaned against the wall, eyes closed, while Amyra checked her phone.

"We only have an hour to pack before we need to head to the airport to pick up Samaira," Amyra said.

"Okay. I'm feeling both tired and hungry. I'm going to sleep peacefully through the entire flight," Ruhi responded.

Soon, the elevator stopped on the 21st floor. The doors slid open with a soft swoosh, revealing a luxurious corridor as Ruhi and Amyra walked toward the penthouse entrance.

Ruhi stepped toward the touchless biometric scanner and confirmed her identity through a retina scan. The main door opened with a soft beep.

They stepped into a beautifully designed living room.

Amyra kicked off her shoes, dropped her bag on the couch, and collapsed beside it. "I'm exhausted. I really need a shower and to get out of these stinking clothes."

Ruhi nodded and lay down on another couch beside Amyra's bag. "Yeah, me too. Let's freshen up, get changed, and then start packing."

Amyra nodded, and the two friends headed to their respective rooms for a much-needed shower. About half an hour later, they emerged, refreshed, dressed, and filled with anticipation.

"Alright, let's get packing," Amyra said, taking out her suitcase. "We only have to pack our essentials; the rest of everything is already packed."

Ruhi nodded with a grin, and they got to work, efficiently packing their bags and double-checking the list, since none of them actually needed to pack any clothes, as Samaira had already appointed her team of designers and men for the designing of outfits for all the family members for each and every function, and also normal and casual clothes for daily wear.

Within an hour, they were done with packing all of their necessities. Amyra checked her phone and said, "We should get going. It will take at least half an hour to get to the airport."

Ruhi nodded, and they both picked up their suitcases.

As they stepped out of the penthouse, the door closed behind them with a soft click.

They made their way back to the elevator, which took them to underground parking, where more than a thousand cars and bikes were standing in line.

The guards who were waiting for them picked up the suitcases as Amyra said, "We will go with the black one."

The guard who was standing free nodded and brought the keys, and the guards kept the suitcases in the car of the security as the two got in the car.

As they pulled out of the parking lot, Amyra felt a thrill of excitement.

"Let's go pick up Samaira," Ruhi said, grinning as she saw the excited state of Amyra.

Amyra gleamed happily as they started moving towards the airport, with the cars of security moving in front and behind them.

As they approached the airport, Amyra and Ruhi were whisked away to the private area, reserved for VIPs and private jets.

The security was impressive, with no less than a dozen guards standing at attention for their arrival.

Amyra and Ruhi were greeted by their security and men with respectful nods and smiles as they stepped out of the car.

"Welcome, ma'am," one of the guards said, opening the door for them.

"Thank you," Amyra replied, smiling. "We'll be waiting for Samaira's flight to arrive. Can you please arrange for some refreshments to be brought over for us?"

The guard nodded and quickly relayed the order to one of his team members.

Soon, an elegant table was set up, laden with an assortment of sandwiches, fruits, and drinks.

As they waited, Amyra and Ruhi chatted animatedly, enjoying the cool breeze and the luxurious surroundings.

Suddenly, the sound of jet engines filled the air, and a sleek private jet touched down on the runway.

Amyra's eyes lit up with excitement. "Samaira's here!" Ruhi grinned, and the two of them stood up, running towards the jet door.

As the jet door opened, a beautiful lady dressed in an elegant business suit walked out and saw her two friends waiting for her.

Samaira descended the stairs quickly, her designer heels clicking on the metal steps. She was a vision of elegance, her presence evoking confidence and dominance as the security men greeted her.

Amyra and Ruhi rushed forward, enveloping Samaira in a warm hug. "Welcome back, Samaira!" they chimed in unison.

Samaira laughed, hugging them tightly. "It's so great to be back! I've missed you guys so much."

As they pulled back, Amyra and Ruhi said, "We missed you a lot; finally, you are here after two months."

Samaira smiled and said, "I also missed you both a lot, and finally one of us is getting married. I am so excited..."

Ruhi nodded, looking excited. "I know, right."

The three started walking back to the waiting area when suddenly a lot of security with guns entered the area, and a man dressed in formals walked in and called out, "Sunshine." Amyra turned around, and a wide smile spread on her face as she ran towards him, and he opened his arms as she jumped on him, and he twirled her in his arms.

"Ohoooo," Samaira and Ruhi teased in sync as Amyra blushed but winked back at her friends sassily.

Ruhi and Samaira walked up to Ahaan, who was still holding Amyra in his arms.

Ruhi smiled mischievously and said, "Ohoo, jiju, getting romantic. When did you arrive?"

Ahaan chuckled and said with a smile, "I just arrived, baccha. How are you two doing?"

Samaira grinned and said, "We're both fine, jiju. You tell us, how are you?"

Ahaan said, looking at Amyra lovingly, "I am very good, just waiting for you guys to give me your best friend officially."

Ruhi teased Ahaan, "Oh, Ahaan jiju, you're so eager to make Amyra your wife! We are ready to give her to you right now. Dealing with her would drive you insane anyways."

Amyra hit Ruhi playfully. "Woahh, taking your jiju's side even before I got married. See, Samaira? Looks like she is not going to miss me at all."

Samaira smiled, looking at Ahaan's love-filled eyes. "Be careful, jiju; she is going to drive you insane with her nuisance."

Ahaan laughed along with Ruhi and Samaira as Amyra glared at all of them and said dramatically, "I thought you were in my team."

"Maybe I was," Samaira said dramatically.

Amyra couldn't help but laugh along with the three most important people in her life. "Samaira is right, though; I am going to drive you insane, literally."

Ahaan looked at Amyra and spoke teasingly, "We'll see about that, Sunshine."

Just then, Ahaan's phone rang. As he answered the call, listening for a moment, he just hummed and hung up the call. He said to his men, "Prepare the jet for departure. We'll be leaving for Jaipur immediately."

Ruhi and Samaira exchanged excited glances.

"Yay, we are finally going to Jaipur," Ruhi said, grinning. "I can't wait, gosh, one of us is officially going to start her journey soon, and we will make sure this is going to be a blast."

Samaira nodded, grinning, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "I've already instructed my team to make all the necessary arrangements for our outfits. Everything will be perfect. The outfits are going to be amazing. I have designed Amyra's dream outfits myself, just like she wanted."

Ahaan smiled, his eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "I knew I could count on you two with the wedding preparation and aesthetics. I know no designer or planner could understand Sunshine's taste better than you two."

"Thank you for the compliment, jiju," Samaira and Ruhi said together, laughing.

As they all walked towards the jet, Samaira and Ruhi discussed Samaira's business meeting.

Ahaan and Amyra walked ahead, hand in hand, as they boarded the luxurious jet. The interior was sleek and modern, with plush seats, a fully stocked bar, and a great and cozy amambiance.

As they settled in, Samaira and Ruhi continued to talk about the business deal.

But as the jet took off, they both started feeling tired and decided to sleep.

"I'm so exhausted," Ruhi said, yawning. "I think I'm going to sleep now."

Samaira nodded, looking worn out. "Me too. It will take 8 to 9 hours anyway, and it's almost midnight."

As the two dozed off, Ahaan and Amyra sat together cozily, looking at each other with intense but loving eyes. Ahaan's eyes burned with desire as he looked at Amyra.

He leaned in, his lips brushing against her ear. "I love you, Sunshine," he whispered.

Amyra's heart skipped a beat as she felt Ahaan's warm breath on her skin. She turned to him, her eyes locked with his. "I love you too, Ahaan," she whispered back.

As the jet soared through the skies, Ahaan and Amyra lost themselves in each other's eyes, their love growing stronger with every passing moment.

Ahaan's hands roamed over Amyra's body, his fingers tracing the curves of her face, her neck, and her shoulders. Amyra's skin tingled with pleasure as she felt Ahaan's touch.

Their lips met in a passionate kiss, the world around them melting away. They were lost in their own little bubble of love, where nothing else mattered.

As the jet flew on, Samaira and Ruhi slept peacefully, unaware of the romantic drama unfolding just a few feet away.

Eight hours had passed since the flight took off, and Samaira and Ruhi had spent the whole time sleeping. so had Amyra and Ahaan, as it was already nighttime and also because they needed to be fresh and woken up when they landed.

After 30 minutes, the jet finally landed at the private airport of the Oberois.

Samaira, Ruhi, Amyra, and Ahaan descended the steps of the jet and saw a lot of luxurious cars, security, and Ahaan's men.

As all of them stepped out of the jet, all the men standing there bowed their heads in respect.

"Is everything prepared?" Ahaan asked his right-hand man, who was not only his right hand in the mafia world but also his personal assistant in the real world.

"Yes, sir. Everything is ready. Everyone is waiting at the palace for your arrival. Reyansh and Vihaan sir might be a little late, and Nitya Ma'am has strictly ordered us to take you, Bhabhi, Ms. Samaira, and Ms. Ruhi to the palace first," Kartik, Ahaan's PA, informed him.

"Alright." Ahaan looked towards Amyra and saw her smiling widely while talking to Samaira and Ruhi.

"Sunshine, Samaira, and Ruhi, come; we will go to the palace. Everyone is waiting for us there," Ahaan informed them.

The three nodded, making sure to maintain their posture and elegance.

Ahaan looked at Amyra as she smiled, and they intertwined their hands and walked ahead, followed by Ruhi and Samaira in the next car.

As they walked towards the waiting cars, Kartik handed Ahaan a phone.

"Sir, Reyansh sir is calling," he said.

Ahaan took the phone from Kartik, answering the call. "Hey, Rey. Where are you?" he asked.

A man's voice came through the phone, sounding apologetic and in a hurry.

"Sorry, bhaiya. We're running a bit late. I had an emergency at the hospital."
